Down Town Kaiserslautern 2018

Downtown Kaiserslautern, or K-Town is a small city in Germany with a big city feel. The buildings are large and swallow you in as you walk around. You can’t help but look up as the shops and restaurants hug you inside their alley’s. It’s a city full of new and old buildings and churches and ruins. Just walking around exploring, I found an interesting water fountain and several catholic churches, all this next to a mall and restaurants that serve everything from Thai to Italian food. It’s no wonder why Americans who live and work here love it. There’s more to it than just a compact town, the deeper you look the more you see.
